Step 4 — Publish + Test Your AI Agent

Goal

Test end-to-end before going live.

Step 4.1 — Publish the TEST workflow

In your duplicated [TESTING] workflow → click Publish

Step 4.2 — Submit the TEST form

1. Go to Sites> Form builder > find the test form

2. Once you found the test form click the 3 dot

   

3. Click Preview

   

4. Submit using:

• Your real contact details

• A valid WhatsApp number

  

Step 4.3 — Chat with the AI and validate behavior

Test at least these scenarios:

• “How much is it?”

• “Send me details”

• “I’m busy”

• “Is this legit?”

• “I need to think”

Verify the AI follows your configured rules, including:

• Qualification questions

• Booking direction

• Short, human replies

• Correct calendar booking logic

If it’s off: update Additional Instructions → Save → Retest.
