Step 5 — Duplicate & Configure the LIVE Workflow (Real Leads)

Goal

Go live safely using a LIVE workflow connected to the REAL form.

Step 5.1 — Locate the LIVE template

Search for:
[TEMPLATE DO NOT EDIT]-[AI - LIVE] 1CC HT AI Booking Workflow

Step 5.2 — Duplicate the LIVE template

1. Click ⋮ / Actions

2. Duplicate

   

3. Rename clearly (examples):

• [LIVE] 1CC HT AI Booking — {{Client Name}}

• 1CC HT AI Booking — LIVE

  

Step 5.3 — Connect LIVE trigger to REAL form

1. Open your duplicated LIVE workflow

2. Click Trigger: Opt-in

3. Set filter:
   Form is → (your REAL opt-in form)

4. Save

   

Double-check you did NOT select the TEST form.

Step 5.4 — Copy refined settings from TEST → LIVE

In your TEST workflow:

• Copy the final edits from:

  • Appointment Booking Conversation AI Bot

  • Appointment Booking Conversation AI Bot (Personality + Additional Instructions + Calendar)

Paste / apply the same changes into LIVE.

Step 5.5 — Publish LIVE workflow

Publish your duplicated LIVE workflow.

Launch checklist (before traffic):

• LIVE trigger = REAL form

• TEST trigger = TEST form

• Calendar selected correctly

• First message personalized

• Workflow is published/active
