Step 5: Duplicate & Configure the LIVE Workflow (Real Leads)

Goal

Go live safely using a LIVE workflow connected to the REAL form.

Step 5.1 — Locate the LIVE template

1. Go to Automations

Search for:
[LIVE] 1CallClose.Agent - Buyer Qualification & Appt Booking - TEMPLATE ONLY (DO NOT EDIT THIS - CLONE & USE)

Step 5.2 — Duplicate the LIVE template

1. Click Three dot and duplicate the workflow

1. Rename clearly (examples):

• [LIVE] 1CallClose.Agent — [[Business/Brand]]

• Buyer Qualification & Appt Booking — LIVE

Step 5.3 — Connect LIVE trigger to REAL form

1. Open your duplicated LIVE workflow

2. Click Trigger: Opt-in

3. Set filter:
   Form is → [LIVE] 1CallClose.Agent - Lead Qualification Form

Or if you have existing Live Opt-in form use it.

1. Save

Double-check you did NOT select the TEST form.

Step 5.4 — Copy refined settings from TEST → LIVE

In your TEST workflow:

• Copy the final edits from:

  • 1CallClose.Agent - Buyer Qualification & Booking

  • 1CallClose.Agent - Buyer Qualification & Booking (Personality + Additional Instructions + Calendar)

Paste / apply the same changes into LIVE.

Step 5.6 — Publish LIVE workflow

Save and Publish your duplicated LIVE workflow.

Launch checklist (before traffic):

• LIVE trigger = REAL form

• Calendar selected correctly

• First message personalized

• Workflow is published/active

1) What’s the difference between the TEST workflow and the LIVE workflow?

TEST is for safe testing with your TEST form only.
LIVE is the real one connected to your REAL opt-in form, used when you’re ready for actual leads.

2) How do I confirm I connected the LIVE trigger to the REAL form (not the TEST form)?

Open your duplicated LIVE workflow → Trigger: Opt-in → check the filter shows:
Form is → (your REAL opt-in form)
If it shows the TEST form, your real leads won’t enter the workflow correctly.

3) Do I need to redo Personality / Additional Instructions / Calendar setup in LIVE?

No—don’t reinvent it.
You should copy the final refined settings from your TEST workflow (Personality + Additional Instructions + Calendar) and paste/apply the same changes into LIVE.

4) What is the “Internal Notification” for—and what should it include?

It alerts your team when the AI conversation pauses (e.g., timeout), so a human can follow up fast.
Best practice: keep it short + actionable and include lead details like Name, Phone, Email.

5) Why are my LIVE leads not receiving messages even though everything “looks set”?

Most common causes:

• LIVE workflow is not published/active

• LIVE trigger is still pointing to the TEST form

• Calendar wasn’t selected correctly
