1. Create or Choose the Form:
Go to your Intellia dashboard.
Navigate to Sites on the left menu, then go to Surveys.
Choose the form you want to embed or create a new one.
2. Get the Embed Code:
Once you're in the form editor, click on the Integrate Form option.
You will see a section titled Embed Code.
Copy the provided HTML code snippet.
3. Embed the Code in Another Website
Go to the website where you want to embed the form.
