Steps to Embed a Intellia Form:
1. Create or Choose the Form:
Go to your Intellia dashboard.
Navigate to Sites on the left menu, then go to Forms.
Choose the form you want to embed or create a new one.
2. Get the Embed Code:
Once you're in the form editor, click on the Integrate Form option.
You will see a section titled Embed Code.
Copy the Embed Code by clicking the Button
3. Embed the Code in Another Website
Go to the website where you want to embed the form.
Depending on your website platform (WordPress, HTML, Shopify, etc.), you'll need to paste the embed code into the appropriate section:
WordPress: Use a custom HTML block.
HTML website: Paste the code directly into the page’s HTML where you want the form to appear.
Shopify or other platforms: Look for custom HTML sections and paste the code there.
4. Save and Publish:
After embedding the code, save your changes and publish or update the page.
Test the form to ensure it appears and functions correctly on the website.
