How To Create A Form

Creating a form in Intellia is simple and customizable. After logging into your Intellia account, navigate to the Sites tab and open the Forms section through the Builder option. From there, you can create a new form by choosing a template or starting from scratch. You can add additional information, customize fields, and design your form by dragging and dropping elements. Once everything is set up, click Save to complete your form setup.

Step 1 : Login your Intellia Account, using this link : app.theintellia.com



Step 2 :  Navigate to "Sites Tab"

Step 3 : Navigate to "Forms" > click the little drop-down icon > Select Builder.

Step 4 :  Click the "Add Form" Button > Select either you want to have form template or Start from Scratch.

Step 5 : And if you want to Add the Additional Information for your Form, Just Click the little plus sign icon (+),

Step 6 : And if you want to customized or create your fields on the form, just click the Custom fields > click the + Add button > choose your texting field > then click Next button

Step 7 : Enter your desired question name > then select the group where you want to store the information > finally, click the Save button.

Step 8 : Find the fields you just created > drag and drop on the builder > then click the Save button
