
Step 1 : In your Intellia account go to "Settings"
Step 2 : Click "Settings"
Step 3 : Click "Calendars"
Step 4 : Click "Calendars"
Step 5 : Click "Create Calendar"
Step 6 : Choose "Personal Booking" for 1-on-1 calls
Step 7 : Type in your desired Calendar Name
Step 8 : Select the closer for the 1-on-1 consultation
Note: To add a Team Member, go to Settings and add them under "My Staff."
Step 9 : Click on "Custom URL", then change the slug to your preferred one. If it's unavailable or invalid, rename it accordingly.
Step 10 : Set the meeting duration to what works best for you; in this case, I chose 60 minutes per session.
Step 11 : Click "Edit"
Step 12: Add in description if available
Step 14 : Edit Meeting Invite Title
Enter: "[Session Name] Call with {{contact.name}}"
Note: {{contact.name}} will automatically be replaced with the customer's or lead's name.
Step 15 : In the Meeting Location section, select your preferred setup—either online or in-person at a physical location.
For online consultations, you can choose between Zoom or Google Meet.
Step 16 : You can choose Event Color for easy identification.
Step 17 : Always click "Save" after editing
Step 18 : Here, you can adjust your availability. Click on "08:00 AM" to set your preferred consultation start time.
Step 19 : In this case I choose "10:00 AM"
Step 20 : Click "OK"
Step 21 : Click the next one to set the time range
Step 22 : Click "11"
Step 23 : Click "AM"
Step 24 : Click "OK"
Step 25 : You can add more range if you want, just click the "+" icon.
Step 26 : Once you've set the timing, click the copy icon to apply the same settings to other days of the week.
Step 27 : Choose the days you are available
Step 28 : Click "Apply"
Step 29 : Set the interval time properly to avoid rushing between appointments. For example, with a 60-minute slot interval, appointments will be available every hour.
Step 30 : For "Minimum Scheduling Notice," set a required advance booking time (e.g., 24 hours) to prevent last-minute appointments.
For "Date Range," limit availability to 7 days to improve the show-up rate, as longer availability leads to more cancellations or no-shows.
Step 31 : The "Maximum Bookings per Day" setting determines the number of consultations you can handle daily.
Step 32 : For the "Maximum bookings per slot" choose only 1 per slot for 1-on-1 call. Then hit Save.
Step 33 : Preview the calendar then test.
