How To Manually Grant Access The Membership Courses To The Users

This guide explains how to manually enroll users in membership courses when automation fails or when access must be given manually (e.g., special cases, manual payments). Once you have created the membership course offer, follow these steps:

Step 1 : Grant Access to a Specific User

Go to Contacts

Find the contact, click on their name

Once you are inside the contact details, scroll down until you find the 'Course Offers' section.

Then choose the course you want to grant the user access to.

Step 2 : Verify Access

The user will now have access to the course through their membership login.

They will receive an email notification with login details (if it's their first membership) or a confirmation of the course being added to their account.
