Step 1 : Go to Contacts
On the left-hand menu, click on "Contacts."
This will open up the Contacts section where you can manage your existing contacts.
Step 2 : Click on 'Import Contacts'
At the top-right corner, you'll see the "Import Contacts" button. Click on it.
Step 3: Upload CSV File
You will be prompted to upload a CSV file. Ensure your contacts are in a CSV format.
Click "Upload CSV" and select the file from your computer.
Step 4 : Map Fields
Once the CSV is uploaded, Intellia will ask you to map the fields from the CSV to the corresponding fields in the system (like name, email, phone number, etc.).
Match each column in your CSV with the appropriate Intellia field.
Step 5 : Check for Duplicates
Intellia will check for duplicates based on the phone number or email to prevent importing the same contacts again. You can configure how duplicates are handled.
Step 6 : Complete Import
After mapping fields and confirming settings, click "Submit" to finalize the import process.
Step 7 : Review Imported Contacts
Once the import is complete, you’ll receive a notification, and the contacts will appear in the Contacts section.
