Step 1: Duplicate the AI Agent Testing Workflow

1. Go to Workflows inside your Intellia account

2. Locate the workflow named:
   [TESTING] 1CCr Webinar AI Agent

   

3. Duplicate the workflow

   

4. Rename it so it’s clearly your test version

   

Do not edit the original template. Always work from the duplicated version.

Step 2: Configure the Workflow Trigger (Test Form)

This ensures your AI is triggered only by a test form.

1. Create a test opt-in form
   Recommended name:
   [TEST FORM — NOT LIVE] 1CC AI Test Form

2. Form guide (if needed):
   https://info.theintellia.com/en/articles/33-how-to-create-a-form

3. Once created:

   • Open your duplicated workflow

   • Go to Trigger: Opt-in

   • Add filter:
     Form is → [TEST FORM — NOT LIVE] 1CC AI Test Form

Step 3: Select Your WhatsApp Template (Initial Message)

1. Inside the duplicated workflow, locate the action:
   WhatsApp 1

   

2. Select WhatsApp Template

3. Choose the welcome template you created in Step 2.

   

This is the first message your lead receives — make sure it feels natural and aligned.

Step 4: Configure the AI Bot Instructions

1. Open the action: Conversation AI

2. Update as needed:

Personality Section

• You may adjust if needed

• Default prompts are already tested, so changes are optional

Additional Instructions Section

Use this to control:

• Your qualification script

• Questions before booking

• Handling pricing / objections / scheduling / reminders

Then Save the action.

Step 5: Publish + Test Your AI Agent

1. Publish the workflow

2. Open your test form:
   [TEST FORM — NOT LIVE] 1CC AI Test Form

3. Click Preview

4. Submit with:

   • Real contact details

   • Valid WhatsApp number

5. Chat with the AI and confirm behavior matches your setup

If it doesn’t behave the way you want, go back to Step 4, tweak, and test again.
